Barclaycard

Barclays Bank Delaware, a leading credit card issuer offering both co-branded and general-purpose credit cards, established an internal design department in 2013 known as the Technology Innovation Lab.

The lab was created to deliver high-end, agency-quality design services within the organization—providing Barclays with cost-efficient solutions, faster turnaround times, and more direct, collaborative communication between design and business teams. In addition to creative services, the lab also offered ongoing design guidance, support, and maintenance to ensure long-term consistency and innovation across Barclays’ digital and marketing initiatives.

As a UX/UI Designer within Barclays’ Technology Innovation Lab, I contributed to a variety of projects aimed at enhancing digital banking experiences.

My work included designing customer-facing interfaces for account management tools, developing the user experience for a mobile payment app that rewarded customers for everyday transactions, and creating a new educational platform designed to help high school students build financial literacy and plan for their financial future.
