Reflection
This project reflects my approach as a Sr Designer, Innovation & Enablement—combining visual design, AI workflow development, and systems thinking to create scalable solutions.
I developed an AI-assisted lesson design system that moves beyond one-off outputs into repeatable, production-ready workflows, balancing speed, quality, and consistency. It also demonstrates my ability to incorporate responsible AI practices while making these processes usable for broader teams.
Overall, this work shows how I translate emerging AI capabilities into structured, scalable design systems that support real-world adoption—aligned with the needs of Cengage Group.
