Debt Manager-FitAgent

FICO Debt Manager is widely used across industries like banking, telecommunications, government, and healthcare for managing collections and debt recovery. However, the legacy software was outdated, both in terms of functionality and its alignment with FICO’s current brand and style guide. A team consisting of engineers, a product manager, and two designers was tasked with re-envisioning and modernizing Debt Manager to better reflect the brand and meet evolving user needs.

After four years of design and development, the reimagined Debt Manager was successfully modernized and well-received by users. In 2021, FICO sold its Collection & Recovery business to Jonas Software, a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc.

Throughout the entire design lifecycle—from early concepts to general availability—I supported the team by reviewing daily builds and ensuring design quality and consistency. Working closely with stakeholders, project managers, engineers, and the UX designer, I transformed Axure wireframes into final UI designs using Sketch, applying the existing style guide and preparing detailed annotations for engineering handoff.
